This English web edition follows source revision
`ffde0d358722498e37982b57bdbd711871a61c43`. It adds OINK book navigation,
stable chapter URLs, numbered examples, a whole-book print view, Markdown
exports, and a [downloadable SQL bundle](/examples/examples.zip).

The edition includes [technical corrections](/en/errata/) to the prose,
SQL, and illustrative output. Displayed SQL and the corresponding downloads
are kept in sync. These editorial changes are marked in the page attribution;
they do not represent changes made by the original author.

The upstream license file begins with the title “Python by Example”, apparently
a copied heading. The file is preserved verbatim for provenance. The source
repository's README and book metadata identify *Postgres by Example* and the
CC BY 4.0 license.
